LOSS OF PARCEL AND BEING AVOIDED

I am a young entrepreneur, who is striving to earn a living by selling cleaning detergents. I have been using the Courier Guy for all my business shipments but yesterday instead of 4boxes I was expecting I received only 3. I went to the depot and contacted the driver who promised to call me yesterday but instead he started ignoring my calls. I tried to call the depot as well as I cannot afford to travel there everyday but no one is picking. The depot is aware of my situation but unfortunately no one is following up.

All my profits are gone in that box, how do I continue with my hussling. I am hurt
