Loss of income due to The Courier Guy messing up my delivery.

I had a 4 piece parcel picked up near the Cape Town branch on Friday the 4th of Feb. The 8th of Feb only 2 of the pieces was delivered to the Ermelo branch. I was told, no it stayed behind at the Johannesburg branch. Guess what, it is still not being delivered to the Ermelo branch!!! I had to use these items urgently the past weekend to make money with, So I lost lots of money now due to a job that I could not go and do, because my parcels was not sent in one batch as I had asked for. I have just checked and now the tracking says it is in Cape Town!! How the hell is this possible? I am very dissatisfied and unhappy with the service. I will need to possibly go and find another courier services. I want a full refund immediately! O paid for all my parcels to be delivered in one batch, and I lost money due the parcel not being delivered. Very bad...
