Loss item

Courier guy collected my Parcel on the 27th of February and I was supposed to receive it on the 2nd of March but that didnt happen…..They never communicated anything with I was the one following them everyday. They gave me a form to fill so I can claim my refund but till to date I haven’t received my money or any communication from them.i lost R11000 just like that without any explanation.HGSDLK(***)
