LOSING PARCELS AND NOT ACCOMMODATING FULL COSTS

DISGUSTED WITH THIS COURIER SERVICES!!! DO NOT MAKE USE OF THEM First of all they lost my parcel, and giving me stories of they have delivered my parcel to the wrong address, then all of a sudden they told me that my parcel is now missing. After debating this they agreed to refund me for the cost of item that was send and their shipping. They are not accommodating me for the shipping costs that the buyer paid over to us to send out this parcel. I need to refund the buyer the full amount inc shipping charges and they only want to refund me the cost of the item.... I am losing even though they were the ones losing my parcel.......THIS IS PATHETIC AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
