Losing packages and not taking responsibility

Courier Guy lost my package, despite saying delivered on their tracking page. Trying to find out what's going on is futile, as I keep being directed to different managers, who keep saying they'll reach out to the driver... although 3 days later, and no one got back to me - still waiting airtime to get through to someone that knows what's going on.

I used to regard TCG as one of the best courier companies.
