Loosing my business because of courier guy staff

Worst company ever, they do not care about our businesses, their drivers lie and their Ops manager in Joburg always protects them. The driver collecting parcels in Pretoria works on his own terms, a guy called Johannes is super disrespectful. I can write a book about this company but all in all it's a disgrace.
