Locker to Locker is a Risk - Do not use it - Money Lost

I am shocked that they lost my delivery and have not located it 3 months later.

I shipped a Sebago Dockside to a customer 3 months ago, through locker to locker, and no1, there was another parcel in my box. No2 they delivered my very expensive shoe to the wrong person.

To date, they cannot locate it, and never get back to me no matter how many emails and whatsapps.

To date. No resolution.
