Locker parcels lost in transit.

Sent a very small package using Courier Guy's Pudo Locker service on 22nd Dec 2025. I tried to track it unsuccessfully online and eventually managed to speak to customer service around the 7th Jan 2026 who advised it was still in transit going to Pietermaritzburg and would be delivered to the Howick Locker. The package was lost and cannot be found. They have cancelled their efforts to search for it. Cannot trust their Locker service.
