Locker is always full.

Every second booking I receive a notification that the locker is full. What is the point for booking if this cant be delivered. And then you receive an email like this.

Please note your shipment was not delivered due to no free space We will attempt another delivery within the next 24 hours, or on the date the receiver has requested. if we do not receive communication from you regarding this shipment within the next 24 hours we will have to return it to its sender.
