Locker FAILED Courier Guy FAILED

Having an extremely frustrating experience with the Courier Guy Mbombela branch. Someone sent me a parcel which arrived at the Westend Pudo Locker on Friday morning 13 March and 09:22AM I received 3 (three) whatsapp notifications consecutively each with a different pin. I stay 6Km outside town (with an additional 3Km dirt road) exiting towards Barberton and we drove in to town to collect the parcel as I needed it the past weekend. When we got to the Pudo locker the machine showed Out of Order and when we tapped the screen once the display changed to "Collect" or "Drop Off". Tapped Collect, put in the first password, "Password incorrect/invalid". Used the QR code, doesn't work. Tried the 2nd password, same story, tried the third, same story. We contacted Courier Guy via whatsapp AND email while standing at the locker and another person approached to use the locker and they experienced the exact same thing stating their pin is not working. Marco eventually assisted me via email and by lunch time managed to confirm the branch will need to collect and drop it off. A lady then also phoned me to confirm this and that Courier Guy have fetched my parcel and will drop it off at my house for me. I informed them that I can meet the driver at the dirt road turn off as the dirt road is bad (so meeting them halfway). Later that afternoon at 14:40 the Mbombela branch phoned me to tell me that since I "FAILED" to collect my parcel I must now come and fetch it at their branch all the way out in Riverside. This ticked me off and I had to correct him twice that it was not my failure but their locker and the pin that's failed me. He told me that he won't be able to drop off the parcel. I reminded him that they have a driver who drives out to the Barberton road daily and he said he will have it sent with the driver. I asked him to confirm a time and he said it will be early Monday morning between 08:00 and 09:00 AM. It is now after 09:00 AM and I still have not heard from Courier Guy. I also received an email on Friday saying that I have collected my parcel which I have not. I want to know where is my parcel because I am still working, I cannot be on standby all day to jump in my car and spend fuel after Courier Guy already FAILED to ensure their locker is in good working order and again FAILED to deliver as per the agreed time frame this morning where I made sure to be available to meet them at the turnoff. What is happening? Where is my parcel? I will not spend more fuel or airtime calling after Courier Guy this is now affecting me financially and affecting my work responsibilities.
