Locker Empty, Whatsapp line and Email not getting assistance
I received a message that my parcel is ready for collection, went to collect and the is nothing in the locker. Been trying to get assistance via their Whatsapp number and no one is getting back to me, then I decided to send an email I sent the waybill number and no one is getting back to me. This locker is at a garage and I'm sure we can go ask for camera footage to see what happened.

20 Oct 2023, 13:26I received a second pin to collect went to pickup point and yet again Locker is EMPTY... Courier Guy's line does not work they just hang up...this is really getting to me. PUDO Courier Guy is really wasting my time. If this parcel is not delivered by 15:00 today they have to deliver I do not want hear stories of expired pins they will have to deliver this parcel at my door.
