Locker chaos
PUDO. Tried to deposit a parcel and needed to change the locker size. Took very long to try and communicate with them. Their contact number does not work. After numerous emails and various WhatsApp conversations I ended up not depositing my package at all. Got to go through it all again.

03 Jun 2026, 15:42Pudo/Courier Guy now “escalated” my locker issue with them. They cancelled my locker booking, haven’t refunded or credited me and have not responded to various ways of me trying to contact me. Rather use POSTNET.
