Local overnight 3days pending , refund 2 weeks still waiting for it.

Loaded account to create local overnight pick up and deliver on Sunday night 31 August, Monday no pick up reason they just put tomorrow, no effort to explain why it was picked up , guess what ?? Tuesday they didn't even do anything driver says again not picked up , Wednesday since it was medication I had no choice but to go pick up myself since its urgent, asked for follow up they could ot careless and just refunded , guess where the refund goes?? Their account can't get the money out or anything till today waiting for refund.
