Like Really!!!!!!!!

I’m not happy with you guys!!!!!!!! My parcel was suppose to be delivered to my doorstep, and you delivered it to the estate office. The lady that sent the parcel did ask you guys to deliver it to my doorstep. The parcel is big and I have a 1 year old son with me and I stay on the top floor. How am I going to get the parcel to the top floor with my son?????? Really!!!!!!!
