Lightning fast response

I had an overnight parcel that had to be delivered. Due to timing issues we were only able to book the collection at 2pm. We all know the cut off is 10am and we expected a collection the next day for delivery after. Collection made 2 hours later and its on its way to be delivered tomorrow morning. Give the route planner a bells.
