Lies from the driver

Today i was accepting my package from Ackerman's as i received an sms in the morning (07h05) and the driver claims that he /she did not reach me on my cellphone which is a lie because i didn't even receive any calls from the company's driver. the inconvenience caused in this regard is so unacceptable and very un professional of the driver to lie. I don't think ill ever shop online and request delivery as this is so not nice. Ill opt for store pick from now no.
