Lies and let downs!

Staff have **** to me and Christel confirmed it. Both Roseanne and Sifiso (driver) made promises of delivery that never happened and then a further Saturday delivery. All lies. I waited all day, then sat waiting in my car to meet him and then again waited in the evening for hi. To arrive but it was all false promises. No father’s day gift for tomorrow now. Disgusting service and no one actually cares. How can you allow and then agree that your staff have **** and still do nothing to rectify it? I’ve been using your service for years and years but sadly you can’t be trusted.
