Good day,

I am having a problem with The Guy that was suppose to deliver my products since 24 Feb 2022, He does not even attempt to call us, he just return our boxes to the JHB Hub. I was sent an email and phone on the 28/02/2022. I asked my sister to wait for them today, she even took a day off out of her busy schedule, even phone, texted the delivery, sent location. My sister is at home right now no one phoned him or even came close to texting, those boxes are urgently needed . I leave my place at 7;30 I ran out of people to wait for him how can he lie like that ?

What the policies , your rules and regulations, what are we paying for. He better deliver those boxes. So disappointed in people you hire.
