Liability covers nothing but paper!

********** service both from the drivers, warehouse "managers" and anyone else we've had to contact!

We visited different locations to find out if they would be able to transport a mirror from JHB to CPT and each time we were told Yes! We sent several quotes through and each one came back with no concerns. So we made the payment and the mirror was collected, the Mirror was wrapped and reinforced and a very clear FRAGILE was on the waybill. As it reached the depo, the mirror was shattered. Okay sure, wild to think they could move a mirror, we are confident that the liability would cover it. WRONG!

Not only did they break our mirror but now they refuse to pay out our liability. They refuse to cover anything. Apparently, only paper items are covered in the liability because T&C'S excluded literally everything else.
