Letter still not delivered

I dropped my envelope containing very important documents on Tuesday at the midrand branch, destination Sandton. So 20min drive plus minus They assured me it would be delivered the very next day. That did not happen. Thursday the lady on the chat gave no reason as to why it wasn’t delivered. Same story for Thursday Friday morning I get a call from the courier guy saying that they will deliver today before 4. Again the letter got returned to the hub! Are you guys ****** serious!? This company is a effing joke. I’ve sent letters to Cape Town faster than from midrand to Sandton. And this was very important and confidential info! Waste of time and money. Just give me my damn letter and money back!!! You won’t have my business again!
