Let down, one too many times.

2 years ago The Courier Guy in Tzaneen was one of the best couriers around but these days they just have terrible service. Packages have gotten lost, ****** and delayed. My package arrived there on Saturday from JHB and this morning (Monday) at 9:54 am the package was out for delivery. It never arrived. When I phoned them within business hours the phone immediately went to voicemail. If this was the first time that this happened it would have been okay but it has happened countless times to me, my family and others in the area. I can't believe that The Courier Guy would let a branch shame their name like that. Maybe that's what their name stands for, bad service.
