Lazy or ***********?

I should have known they have over 3000 bad reviews. I am sending a package using an online quote. The driver is asked if it would be a problem if I placed the package in a bigger box and he tells “no”. I receive an email on Monday evening saying in need to pay R 92.00 extra. NO problem, I do it and guess what, they tell me 2 days later the payment is not reflecting when it was made as an immediate payment to their bank. A bunch of lazy ******s!!! I say this because a day before, they told me they had too many deliveries hence they did not deliver. Now they are holding my package at ransom for no reason. They don’t even know who their CEO or managing director is. No wonder it was cheap to send this package.
