Driver from Sunninghill Gardens Area Good day Your driver attempted to collect the above 2 shipments at 14:30pm today, I informed him they'll be ready in 10minutes as the boxes got damaged because of the rain, he said he will have to come back later in the afternoon. I told him if that's not possible he needs to let me know and I can go to him and drop the packages off or I will drive to the DC, he insisted he will come to collect. It's 18:27, your driver has not collected nor does he take my calls, and keeps disconnecting them. If he had no intention of collecting he should not have promised he will be coming through, I then would have driven myself to the DC and dropped them off myself. This is unacceptable service from this driver who is always in a hurry to finish his rounds so he can leave early and now **** to me that he will come collect but didn't. He needs to be reprimanded and apologize to me for wasting my time and lying, there's plenty of other drivers who need work, if he can't perform his job properly then he should join the unemployment line.
