Lazy courier guy drivers

I used to always support the courier guy as a distributor. Now receiving orders the experience was disappointing. The employees of the company are too lazy to get out of their cars and ring the door bell. When they phone and do not get hold of you (as they assume you are not working) you just receive a message to say they could not get hold of you. Really!!!
