Lats Time I will use Courier Guy

I couriered two parcels with homemade biscuits to Springs; it was supposed to be an overnight and to be delivered on the next day (Thursday). The customer received the biscuits only on Tuesday after Easter weekend. This was still fine, but the best part was one of the parcels was taken out of the plastic bag and torn open. Very bad service, and now I have to return the customer's money.
