Late Notification & ignoring me

Lately I have experienced a lot of losses from them. They do not send out the pin notifications in time and then the parcels get sent back. But they send it to kiosks which is far from where I stay. This is the second time this week they did this to me. And when I communicate with them on the whatsapp call Centre app, they start ignoring me and don't answer me. I really am so fedup with their poor service. Everything shows on their side that notifications were sent but I receive them 1 day late or even after the pin expired. Please do something about this because these people are absolutely useless. And not even the fact that this is an urgent parcel. I just cannot deal with their pathetic service anymore.
