Late Deliveries and Wrong Bookings

They don't even deserve a 1 star!

I sell stuff on Takealot and they have cost me hundreds of rands in penalties for not delivering my stuff on time. They book the merchandise wrong on their system. I pay for a 2 business day deliver but they've only delivered in time twice. Other times I get emails and calls from takealot telling me my stuff is late and not gone out for delivery because of this stupid company. Call centre is useless and their lie about trying to get ahold of me.

Please have respect for your customers and their hard earned money and never use this courier service.
