Very efficient in collecting and delivering. Admin staff are pathetic and spiteful needs communication skills training and lack friendliness. Financial staff needs training in allocating deposits made into their bank account. Also be sure to check you billing, every second or third invoice differs from amount charged and is invoiced at higher amounts than actual cost.
