Lack of response

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I made the payment for the shortfall (***) yesterday after 10:00, yet my parcel is still showing as “pending payment.”

I have sent numerous emails and tried calling the support number over and over, but the phone just rings for a few seconds and then cuts off. There is absolutely no assistance or communication from your side.

My parcel has already been delayed by 24 hours because of this, and the lack of response is unacceptable. Please urgently release and dispatch my parcel. This level of service is extremely frustrating and unprofessional
