Lack of consideration for parons.

So Courier Guy has their Pudo machine at the Ruimsig Centre which has no backup power during load shedding neither does the Pudo machine have any backup power considering that load shedding has been around for a number of years. I booked and paid to send a parcel for which you have 36 hours to post or you lose your money. Easy way to ***** money from your patrons when they cannot deposit due to load shedding and also the fact that the centre had lost total power irrespective of load shedding. I visited the machine four times in an attempt to get my parcel posted but to no avail. The centre lost power at 14h00 on the 7th of December and was still down when I was there at 06h00 on the 8th December. I reported my issue to the Courier Guy to have a Mr William Matsimba tell me that I should transact during non-load shedding times and that they have no control over load shedding. He further tells me that the collection period has expired and the locker cannot be open and I have to wait for the parcel to be returned to the nearest hub after me explaining to him that I was unable to post the parcel. Now either Mr Matsimba can't read of he does not concentrate very well as I have the parcel and was unable to post it. Furthermore it cost me money to post which I am by the sounds of things not going to be refunded. I have no control over load shedding, I have not control over facilities that have no backup power, I also don't have the time to drive up and down to Pudo machines that do not have some kind of backup power considering they know that load shedding has been around for years and they should also by now know that the location of their machine is also problematic as there is also no backup power. You are in the service industry, if you can't provide the service paid for then get out. I am a sale person, if I treated my customers with your kind of attitude, I would have no business.
