Lack of care over packages sent via PUDO and The Courier Guy

I sent a package using PUDO which apparently got damaged on the way to St Helena Was informed that bottle inside broke, which to my mind could only have happened due to poor handling. The package was clearly marked "FRAGILE" I was sent a picture of the broken bottle but baffles my brain if you look at how it broke. That on top of the fact that the bottle was securely packed with other items as well as lots of newspaper. They also now tell me the package was not marked fragile and when asked to refer to the label on the package i had no response. Then enquired as to what happened to the rest of the contents was informed the delivery should happen on 3rd December. To date no package received by the recipient in St Helena This speaks of "lack of care" over parcels sent Unfortunately, not able to attach picture of broken bottle
