Knysna - The Courier Guy

In the past, always a pleasure to deall with when having our packages collected and delivered, but this week changed everything. The driver expected us to be content with him driving off, without giving me any proof that he had taken possession of my package and was furious when I asked him about it, to come back, he screamed that this shirt clearly stated "The Courier Guy" and that he was giving me no other proof. His fat sidekick who sat in the van (no shirt printed with The Courier Guy) started shouting at me as well saying That I was rude for demanding proof. The van was parked approx 20 meters away and the annoyance of me not walking all the way up there to them, must have caused the fury. Horrible treatment and poor security. I will never deal with the Knysna branch again- they are unprofessional and rude.
