Knysna Courier Guy

It is a pity I have to give one star, as I would prefer to give no stars at all. Courier Guy Knysna is absolutlety pathetic. The service is shocking. The manager hides away in her office and refuse to take responsibility for anything. I feel sorry for the staff in the front, as they have to take the beating for poor management. We rap our parcels in bubble wrap and tape ect and somehow by the time the client opens it it is damage. Damaged by the people that transport the package and they have told us that they do not take any responsibility. Shocking service all around.
