Klerksdorp Courier guy

Had a major stuff up concerning the klerksdorp kiosk, the package sat for 5 months on their floor. Now on my own cost I have to bring it back to the branch closest to me cause of their poor management skills. Either their OPs person or manager need little more training or supervision. Upon me then making the request to have the item collected (sent request via mail to my koisk closest to me), it passed the day for delivery and when I called my branch they said the order been done but their side was quiet, called the klerksdorp kiosk and spoke again to the manager which she then confirmed the order has been placed the previous Friday and that it hasn't moved from the store, to which she then moved to it so it would get sent to me. Zero following up, zero excuses.
