Klerksdorp branch is pathetic

Had a Parcel sent to me on a Monday within a 100km radius so it should only take a day , Tuesday Afternoon I called the Potchefstroom Branch and they told me the parcel is at the Klerksdorp branch , the Klerksdorp branch assured me it would be delivered the next day , then the next day promised the same thing. Friday I was rudely told it would be delivered Saturday, then Saturday I was told Monday. Pathetic service and very rude and disinterested staff at the Klerksdorp Branch
