I have probably done around 70-80 Pudo locker deliveries, I have probably had 1 lost package which was handled promptly. And I few delayed packages but I feel that is more South Africa works than anything else, they are cheap for the serivce provided.

Only thing i could probably mention is, the support is a bit on the bad side when something does go wrong, quite diffult to get real answers.
