Keegan from Pudo Pretoria is beyond useless.

Pudo from The Courier Guy lost 2 of my parcels. So the process began for me to claim back my losses.

11 July Keegan sent me an email to start the process 12 July I answered and sent detail as asked 13 July Keegan asked the value 13 July I answered. 27 July I asked about my refund Ignored 2 August I asked about my refund Ignored 7 August I was very unhappy and told him I am going to report him 7 August he answered I will hear from them before the end of the business day I did not hear from them 8 August I asked when will I hear from them. Ignored 10 August I emailed Hallo? Hallo? HALLO? IGNORED!!!!

USELESS!!!!

And what makes this worse is that I send 10 to 15 parcels EVERY DAY. I think I should be handled a tad bit better.
