Kathu Branch Needs Better Customer Service

I’ve usually had good experiences with The Courier Guy overall, and the drivers are always friendly and do their work well. Unfortunately, the service from the staff at the Kathu branch has been extremely disappointing. They rarely answer their phones. I had to call 36 times before someone finally answered, only to be told they would call me back within half an hour with an update on my parcel. After waiting over an hour with no feedback, I tried calling again — another 20 calls before getting through, and once again I received an empty promise that someone would contact me. Four hours later, I still had no response. This is also not the first time this has happened. It feels like the lack of communication and poor customer service is not being taken seriously at all. It’s frustrating because the company itself and the drivers provide such good service, but the Kathu office staff are letting the whole experience down.
