Karabo Rampete, best consultant ever

I had the unfortunate experience of having my parcel be rerouted back to where it was being sent from which created a lot of stress and anxiety seeing that it’s an important parcel for a birthday today and I was assisted by an amazing lady by the name of Karabo Rampete, she made sure to contact the depo in Bloem and assist me in locating my parcel to a point where she spoke to the driver of the truck and told me I can go fetch my parcel at the depot when it arrives today. I’m absolutely overwhelmed by her kindness and efficiency. She is absolutely amazing and is the biggest reason that I will continue to use courier guy . Thank you Miss Karabo
