*** SERVICE & FALSE ADVERTISING

I paid for a same day delivery in port elizabeth today and they promised i will receive my parcel before 17:00. When i phoned at 16:30 they said no sorry you dont get same day delivery in PE. Only JHB, PTA and Durban. 8 out of the 12 people there are on training. And they are in Coega and only make one trip a day. Not 2 or 3. But they collected the parcel just after 6am. Useless company. ***********. Dont Ever use them. The 3 ladies I spoke to did not even want to give me their names to mention it in HELLOPETER!!!! FFS!!!!!!!
