Delivery guy just conveniently said no one was at my delivery location twice, but I work from home. I have to say after contacting management the first time they did respond to my query quickly but doing it the second time…fell on deaf ears. You’re front line staff is in dire need of motivation. Your ads are funny but your service is unimpressionable far better couriers out there.
