Where do I begin ? Terrible to navigate self help web bookings form that if you make a mistake on or don't fill in completely to their liking, takes your money but wont send out a courier to collect. No one will contact you either. You have to wait until you have not heard back for days, no email or phone call. Once you contact them they have rude, unfriendly staff that have a need to be right rather than help. Don't bother calling their national call center as you will either be cut off immediately or after waiting patiently for 15 minutes for some help. There are no contact details for you to speak to a manager, just a generic fill this form in and we will contact you form on the website. Don't even think that overnight service means overnight, or that if you fill in the form and pay before 14h30 that they will actually collect on that day. All round terrible service. One would think that with so many courier companies to choose from in SA, they would try to be competitive. Just don't !
