JUDGEMENTAL WORKERS

I must say the courier guy changed so much in this low economy they ask so much for shipping fees while other couriers ask much cheaper. Ta 5kg box gets charged as a 20kg box this is utter nonsense really. The people as kiosks have so much attitudes and are very judgemental they make customers not feel like going back. Please train your team to just serve customers good and refrain from making other remarks. Remember consumers makes the company successful not the company itself.
