Juan the courier guy Cape Town

Courier guy Cape Town is an absolute disgrace. A called Juan that works there didn’t even apologise that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. After my client had to fetch it at the wrong address himself. All he could say is that it was delivered at the end. Don’t know how people like this can be working for a company 😡😡😡😡
