Joke company with joke service!

For the SECOND time I have been let down. First box I sent was ripped open and nothing was done. NOW we tried again and this package doesn't arrive to the locker even though we got the pin for the empty locker and now we get told it was handed to some random!!!! When asking for answers from the company it's a while runaround you have to follow up and they still can't tell you anything. PATHETIC! I would rather carry my parcels on my back to a different part of the country than use them again! Utter joke!
