JHB The Courier Guy bad service

I have been doing business with The courier guy for 5 years now and never have I been as disappointed in the service I got in last week.

I ordered a parcel from Pretoria to Bethal, when pick up was done in Pretoria the waybill was completed incorrectly - Bela-Bela not Bethal. Bela-Bela kiosk phoned me on Thursday 07 Oct to let me know there is a parcel for me, told the lady to please re-direct to Bethal. She just ignored me and someone else at Bela-Bela re-directed to Bethal on Friday 08 Oct. Parcel went to JHB and got send back to Bela-Bela. It has been a week now since I send first e-mail to book parcel and still I don't have it.

Bethal Kiosk are trying their best to help me but their hands are tied as the problem is with JHB and no one is taking responsibility.
