Jhb courier guy needs to learn from dbn brunch

I give dbn a good rating as my package left dbn yesterday arrived this morning in jhb quick time and then need anther package to be sent back to durban from jhb diver got three at 11:30 and was to come back 30 min later. But then told his office package would be ready the next day after I checked in with there fright tracking call center and then to call the collection company to have someone waiting till after 5 pm to get emailed 3:40pm saying it would be a next day collection where I now have 2 mechanics waiting cancelations fees for time wasted
