I've purchased two T-shirts from Tshepo Jeans and they used courier guy for delivery

I've purchased two T-shirts from Tshepo Jeans and they used courier guy for delivery. I received a tracking number and a pin to provide when the delivery guy arrives. 3 days later, I received an email stating that the delivery had been done without me receiving the parcel. The parcel was wrongly delivered, the delivery guy didn't request for a delivery pin and when I made calls I found my parcel from somebody else and already opened. I'm so disappointed and not satisfied by Tshepo Jeans!
