I've been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks with my parcel being moved in between their hubs, from East London to Mthatha then back to East London, from EL to Port Elizabeth and then back to EL without calling me nor the sender (Healthysleep) in Pretoria

I've been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks with my parcel being moved in between their hubs, from East London to Mthatha then back to East London, from EL to Port Elizabeth and then back to EL without calling me nor the sender (Healthysleep) in Pretoria. Late yesterday I received an email with text, I qoute 'As per driver they do not service your area we have handed your shipment to our third party for delivery im so sorry for the delay". ..that was after asking them why the parcel wasn't delivered.
