Items ****** during a parcel that were repacked at The Courier Guy

I have booked a parcel through The Courier Guy with 2 Bottles of Gin and my friend just advised me she received the Parcel, but it is repacked into a "The Courier Guy" box and one of the Bottles Gin are missing. Firstly, if my packaged were handled the way it should have been they should not have to repack the parcel. This is how they force people to take insurance to make extra money.

I am not happy at all... I pay for a service and then it gets repacked and items ******!!!! Totally unacceptable
